how do you get a screen-shoot..... the icon i see is vertical and shows tumblr reddit tweet google e-mail stumbleupon and a plus sign and it blocks the first words of every post in the update and it also blocks sections ob the reply box as i said a real pain in the arse it would be 3/4" wide and about 4" long

The toolbar doesn't overlay anything

(I'm not only a cuck, but I've got bad eyes too, lol!)

So the toolbar appears large.

set your page at 125% and you will see what i am bitching about having to ware glasses due to old age the extra 25% makes it easier to read however the rtool bar is a pain and i would like to tell you where you can put it however protocol will prevent that

i am so glad that i am not the only one visually impared (old age i guess) that has ha troubles with that social site bar icon..... the problem is in the user end having page settings bigger than 100% to everyone having the same issue

Toolbar floats directly under natural position thumb scroll on ipad landscape full site. Major annoyance. It is pretty, but, *******ing functionality for most it seems. Not every idea turns out a winner

Please, please, please, get rid of that annoying toolbar for twitter and Google+ etc. its a real pain in the ass, especially when you use a smart phone...major detractor from any enjoyment of the site. And please quit with all these so called upgrades or enhancements they themselves are becoming annoying!

I agree please get rid of the twitter Google etc tool bar. Most people have a smartphone now and this tool bar just gets in the way where most of the time you can't see what you are typing.

I preferred the old format, but I'm happy to accept the new. One big thing, however: Is it possible to hide, minimize, or banish the floating bar of social networking links? When i adjust the view size to make it easy to read the bar just floats over everything - powering me to constantly toggle back and forth to read below it. It is annoying (and ergonomically troubling with the extra mouse steps or keystrokes.) Is there anyway to move this to the edge or the bottom or somehow away so it doesn't overlay the text and photos I'm trying to view?

hmmmmmmmmmm!

OK So just because I, and it appears every other commentator, don't want this very annoying toolbar floating around on my PC screen, and then ultra annoyingly blocking virtually my whole screen on my smart phone, I have to install a "add blocker" that will no doubt block ALL adds to my machines, some of which I don't want blocked...how does that make sense? Why not modify how it appears on your website so that it is there without being intrusive?

I HATE the damn social media menu down the side that persists with scrolling. PLEASE get rid of it. It's a tail wagging the dog.

Adblock is not an option for me. Social media toolbar appears universally disliked. Please remove it as default. Thanks for trying to add functionality to the site. Unfortunately us members find it annoying for many platforms and layouts that we like using.

There is some kind of task bar in the way. A T at the top, a bear face, a bird, a G+, an envelope, an Su, a + sign all in the left middle of my screen. Anything on this site is impossible to read now.

I am running a phone but like to use the full web version of the site- dolphin browser has flash available if you do a tiny bit of work...

But when I zoom in the annoying media bar stays. Anyone here REALLY broadcasting out on social media?
Too easy to inadvertently tap and browser fills in password etc automatically and suddenly you've LIKE ed something for all to see!

Yeah, usually Mr Big is really good at addressing these things.

Sorry just as bad and annoying please remove the floating bar. Buttons at tip or bottom of pages are ok but this thing is just indescribably awful.

Also on posts with dozens of pages their ids no way to easily get to say page 20. Needs to look like this
1 2 3...10..20..50...100..150...180..190..200..201 202 203 204
Otherwise you have to go forward 1 or 2 pages at a time. Forever.

I've attempted humor and tact to no avail. I guess I'm just dense. Can anybody explain to me what the expected value or functionality to a persistent floating toolbar of social suicide is? Why is this a good, necessary, or helpful idea to either the site, the moderator, or the user? I am sure it was well intentioned, so help me understand.
