Yep - I should probably replace one of my original requirements of "beautiful enough" with "sexy enough", in a way I imagine a wife can be sexy. I see plenty of drop-dead gorgeous women while harvesting images, but only a few get chosen, usually, as norwegian says, because of a facial expression that immediately say it all. It really is as though the image speaks to me. And then sometimes I can't explain why I'm drawn to the picture - it breaks all my usual criteria and just gets to me on a visceral level. It's interesting to pause and ask myself why now and then, does she resemble someone in my past? And more than that, what spawned the words that she speaks to me, why this woman would say what she said. Mostly it remains a mystery, but makes an unexpected cap that may go relatively unnoticed by most, but is always permisterally special.
I've said this before, but there are so many genres here - every capper is driven by the same wide idea, but each by his or her own kink(s). Caps can be judged by the clever turn of a phrase, the quality of the image, and the synergy achieved when the two are a perfect match. But subject matter is so permisteral, audiences will naturally be drawn to caps that match their own fetishes. It's why I rarely comment on threads that don't appeal to my own sex life and fantasies - not that those artists aren't every bit as deserving of praise as the ones I like.
As most know, my caps are fairly soft, mostly hotwifing scenarios, with little or no extreme offense. It's how I'm wired. Take my wife, please, even if there's a huge degree of angst, but don't call me a faggot, or expect me to suck a cock. Ain't happenin'. But then Jane comes along and throws these beautiful offense caps at me, with dialog that is so real I can't look away. I still don't get hard imagining one of her women telling me I'm worthless and will never have sex with her again, but Jane's style, the way the words come alive, the way the image jumps off the page at me, is magic. So I tell her so, and go back for more magic when I can. And when she makes a cap that hits home for ME, I have one of those "fuck - why didn't I think of that" moments. So perfect - because it was a perfect fit of content and style, for me.
Style - a great number of people here have it, but when someone breaks the mold, I'm impressed. Norwegian broke the mold when he first posted his beautiful B&W noir images, so artfully done, with text that spoke to ME. Heavenlymr did it long ago with his signature double-font caps that speak volumes with so few words. Nibbler did it with his smokey, classic images set to misterg lyrics - innovative, and intelligent. If you make me stop and think, it's sexy. And Jane just grabs me by the balls and makes me look and listen. It's all about being original, with style and intelligence, at least for me. And making me say "why the hell didn't I think of that?"

About beautiful and sexy... God, there are so many beautiful women...and girls...but as I mentioned above, its so far between being beautiful...and being sexy... A sexy woman may very well be sexy...and a sexy woman may very well be beautiful...but there is no direct correlation... Trust me, I have been living many years (oh no...now I sounds very old...) and I have been very active...in a sexual way...I have had them all...young and beautiful...great...until you get them in bed... A general rule for me...no woman under 30 in my bed...oh yes, there had been exceptions...some girls have natural talents...but most...hopeless... Then look at the teasing naughty 'older' girl in the next picture...she is used to being naked in a studio...she knows she has to bring in something more...she is naughty, slutty, mature, knows what a man likes...just...sexy... .

And there's something to be said for "innocence" as well. There are pics of women fully dressed in ordinary clothes with facial expressions or poses that just reek of potential. For me, nothing is hotter than that instant a conventional wife realizes her sexual potential and crosses the fence to become a hotwife. I looked up 'pouching' on Google translate...translated to Norwegian...what it proposed was 'krypskyting'...well, in Norwegian - two words going together is put together in writing (which makes it very difficult for those who try to learn Norwegian...) 'Kryp' (Crawl) and 'Skyting' (Shooting) adds up to shooting from a hidden place....i.e. the target never knew what hit him...this can relate to a hunter...or a solider...what you in English would refer to as a sniper (maybe)... Anyway, English is a very interesting language - and for non-native people, we often have to really go deeper to really understand...so many expressions have double meaning - or slightly 'other' meaning...I am a lucky guy in the way that a good takeing-buddy by coincidence is Irish...and also a journalist...so an excellent consultant...but he was not available today for consultation Anyway, thanks Don for enlighten me a bit today... Let me start with saying this is a very good thread and it is very interesting getting a look into what people like and why.
For me, Don Jetman hit the nail on the head with "there's something to be said for innocence as well." I am a staunch fan of homemade pics showing the sweet wife or fiancee all of us know, someone who is pretty, who is friendly, who you speak to at a simple social gathering with friends or workmates, but that has a very lewd or wanton caption or idea attached to her. I also enjoy the homemade element of the picture, so that you know that it is someone who was just caught naturally in the moment with that look in their eye.
On the question of explicit or normal every day pictures, I think both work well depending on the caption. I have seen a whole raft of superb explicit pics, usually the homade variety that just speak for themselves when it comes to the caption, but anything with obvious hints of cucking in are superb, so the pictures of 2 guys and a girl, or a guy and girl with the bf watching on and caught in a mirror etc.
The final thing which I love most and I expect this is the same for a lot of guys on here, is seeing that lewd wanton and suggestive cap alongside a picture of their own wife, fiancee or gf. I have to admit, my wife would be shocked to know how much I like that idea, but seeing her sweet smile adjacent to a superb caption of something dirty that someone thought suited her after looking at her pictures is intoxicating.

I just wanted to add that one of my favourite contributors is HeavenlyMr (a prime example of his work below). The short and sweet captions usually capture the picture perfectly and the pictures are obviously chosen well with a good degree of artistic ability in adding the text. I just love them! |

I am experimenting a bit with formats...how does it work for you...looks ok...? The strange thing is that while changing format...I sort of always end up with the 'Segoe Script' letter format...I don't know why...its soft...resemred hand writing in a way...stylish I would say... bpop: Like fvs, I generally stick with one font that I like. If there's a content reamister to change (such as emulating a text message) then I do, but I go right back to what I like (Lucinda Calligraphy). It just feels right to me It was bpop who brough up this subject...opinions...?

The picture should be large enough so that when clicking on
the icon displayed people should be able to appreciate it.
And the caption should be large enough so that it should be easily readable, at least in full screen mode.

fvs: SIZE MATTERS In more ways than one: I completely agree, fvs. If the picture size or resolution isn't right, it doesn't work for me. Also, the font size has to match up reamisterably well with the picture. Different pictures call for a different font size. While I'm talking about text, I also try to balance the text in terms of layout. I move it around in the text area to get it right, and the text area is almost always a separate part of the picture in my work. It doesn't have to be, it's just what works for me. As for poaching, I couldn't help but rise to the bait on this one. I guess that's a fishing metaphor. xoxoxo Christine . |

So I made another one...experimenting... By doing it this way, I can combine sepia/black&white with inserted color pics...areas that are important can be focused (her eyes in this case...'wondering') The text is split in two...same thinking...but two different 'stages' of her thinking...first: the 'why'...second: the 'question'...
