Any new developments on the List, Frank? Maybe a 12 star level? It's funny, originally I was going to make it 1 to 5 stars. 1=6, 2=7, 3=8, 4=9, 5=10. Ended up with 6 levels, not 5, and didn't want to insult those in the lowest level by giving only one star. There are some nice caps even at the lower levels. That's how the "11 and down" system was born.
Much of the list can be debated, I understand. I feel extremely confident that the 11 Star artists - that little club you are a member of - I got that right. It is the least controversial - and smallest club on the list. If it gains another member, I am fairly confident that member will come from the 10 Star members - or that the newest "11" will be someone who has yet to post his or her first caption.
Of course, that's just my guess; it will be you, not me who makes the decision, Captain!
