Wash my hands of it. But I did look at TONS of work, and every one of the people on the list. It will take Norwegian a long time to do that. Sure will Kenneth. I am using quite a lot of time here to go through old and new Caps...to get a little familiar with Artists I even did not know were posting...use some time...yes...but its interesting... And as a maker of Caps myself, I learn. That is also interesting...and maybe that is one aspect I will bring in to it all...I haven't seen any Caps mad by you Kenneth..? Anyway, making caps make me know how advanced or difficult some details can be to make...and even if I don't like the Cap as such, maybe I will give some credit to the artist because he technically got through..? Criteria that will be used for MY evaluation…as promised...
1) The Cap..? That I like it…
2) The Artist? He makes Caps (ref 1 above) of consistent quality over long time and posts regularly – and frequent.
So what do I like..?
A Cap is a text that is made clearer/sexier by the picture. Or a picture that is made to have a special meaning because of the text… so the picture and the text must fit each other. There must be a detail in the picture that is relevant for the text…(e.g. a ‘sad’ text should not be on a picture of a laughing permister…unless there is a point in that laughing permister being there…etc…)
The cap should be ‘balanced’…layout wise and color wise…it should be ‘beautiful’…
A Cap that is ‘thrown together’ in a hurry because the Artist got an idea and needed some instant jerk off material…not good. A Cap should give an impression of being something the Artist used time and efforts to make…
Long or short text…not important. But not too long. If someone has a long story to tell, tell a story. Avoid to Cap it. However, I love a Cap that has only on powerful statement…one short sentence that is open in all ends…and that will give the different viewers different experiences…The shortest text I have even seen ina Cap is only two letters…”No!”. And that was a fantastic cap…
And last but not least…I am a sucker for Humor…

Tonight's History Lesmister David-Pushover... The LIST...as of December 4th 2013...
The following changes are done...
1) General Comment: I may not agree in all cappiers positions Kenneth has made...but there has not been time enough yet to go through it all...as Kenneth wrote..." It will take Norwegian a long time to do that"...and yes...it does...
2) I have added a "Star 11 - with honors" - it's not because the artist is better than the other 11 Stars (they all have different qualities and its not possible to rank them)...the idea is that the "With Honors" Artist have brought something more into the Art of Making Caps...and 11 Star WH Artist will keep this position until someone else bring up something revolutionary for the Trade...
...first one..? Congratulation Jane...!! The GIF stuff is amazing...
All Artists (at least on Star 10 and 11 level) knows how much efforts it takes...but getting an idea...and develop it to perfection...bending over the keyboard for hours/days...just to make it work...So I hope the "With Honor" will make others put even more efforts into it all...let's make sure that "Cuckoldplace Caps" will be superior to any other cuckold site on the net...even any other Cap Site...
And of course the question: "What if someone on lower levels does the same..?" Then it will be a "Star x With Honor" and an automatic jump up to higher level...just as I feel is right...when it happen...I am the King..!

4) Scarf is a 10 Star...not a 9 Star...moved up...Congrats
5) I have removed the 4 Star Class of Shame...HSS is now on Star 5 level...and has potential to climb...if he stop borrowing...more stealing and 4 Star Class will be re-introduced immediately...and he will be put there for ever...!!!
