I decided to get a custom video done by Lelu Love of lelulove.com. There's themes of cuckold, cheating, bareback/condom dilemma, creampie.
Anyways, the scenario I scripted is this:
Lelu Love is a faithful wife who is being blackmailed by her coworker Ted. Ted has discovered that Lelu has been writing erotic stories, and is threatening to reveal her secret to her husband. She is worried that her husband, who's already insecure, will take it the wrong way, and so she agrees to a dinner and a nude grinding session. She warns him not to try anything because she and her husband are trying to have a baby and so she's not on birth control. The session gets out of control as she gets turned on. He manages to penetrate her and as she struggles to open a condom packet, his thrusting knocks the condom out of her hands and he ends up cumming inside her.
