yes ebay, got it for £19, glad i got the one with 3 different size rings, cos even though i have a clitty cock i needed the larger 50mm size ring to get my clit and balls through.
The other metal cage (middle pic) is used for bedtime as it sticks out and is more noticeable when wearing under trousers.

Ok i measured, approx 165mm inner circumfrence, but dont forget it has to be a snug fit otherwise it will fall off.
Its a little loose on me, the next ring down is a great fit, but just hard to get my balls and cock through, takes a little perseverence but worth it in the end, and for £19 its well wortha punt.
