it's actually quite simple, eat nothing, and I mean nothing every day for two weeks. A couple of boiled eggs a day will keep your strength up, but nothing else. Them do 1 mile on the treadmill at a walk or slow jog pace. You'll quickly find the pounds starting to fall off. If you have trouble with hunger then, try a dieters milk shake to keep you going. You're thinking like a man, I'm sure that you are in extremely good shape. When did you see a woman lifting weights..? Some of your post is correct, but lifting weights..?

Crash diets do work I'm afraid and so does eating nothing - having worked with models (girls) for some years, I know how much they eat and it isn't a lot. I've never met one that does weights.

Portion sizes in the States are just to big - it's the amount of 'stuff' you get on your plate, the soft takes, the junk food. This could turn into a whole debate about lifestyle in general, but as an Army veteran of 12 years and a marathon runner, I know a little about what I'm talking about, especially when it comes to acheiving a 'girly' figure because I have one.

The advice stands, and a crash diet for a couple of weeks never hurt anyone. You have to change your lifestyle of exercise and eating to keep the weight off when you've hit your target weight.

If you are eating a bag of chips while you're reading this - you ain't getting it..!

You have some good points and have debating your point well, I'll agree to change the advice. To, one crash diet to bump start the weight loss and the figure slimming, which no one could deny, works. Then, a change of lifestyle to one of exercise and watching what we eat.

Even when I'm running I still have to watch what I eat as even runners can get a 'gut' if they're not careful. Think that's an age thing though.

You could have a girly figure by cutting out red meat and good exercise. Also, eating chicken without the skin, boiled eggs instead of fried, lots of salad (without the mass of cream sauce), limited portion size, counting calorie intake. And, the niggest one to aid weight loss is to weigh yourself everyday at the same time. The exercise of weighing yourself gives you an idea (in the back of your mid) of where you are. If you gain a couple of pounds one morning, you tend to eat a little less that day.

As with most things, it's a concious effort. I made a concious effort that worked for me. Maybe it was a lifestyle change, and I agree that you can't crash diet over and over, but that wasn't my point.

depends what type of shape sissy u wanna be

you want curves do squats deep squats (w/ ass back) chest up. do stiff legged deadlifts (keep back ever so slightly arched) these two will create rounder fuller ass (or what your genetic will allow). Go ez on the upper body work do some light abs. get bodyfat to around 20-22%.

A strict vegetarian diet with lots of cardio will slim you down. Your heart will also get healthier.

The problem with squats is that they've been shown to increase both testosterone and growth hormone.

A thin frame is very important so that when you do get hormones and dairy fat, it will come back on in the right places.
