Permission sought to meet - Do I or Don't I?

This is a copy of an email I have received for a so called bull living in Cumbria who has been speaking with Becky online.

What should I do he wants to take her out next Friday and he is asking my permission, is this the start of my full blown cuckold relationship?

Dear Andy
I hope you don't mind me chatting with Becky online, but as such a gorgeous lady I could not pass up the opportunity to contact her and strike up conversation.
We have been chatting now for a few days and during this time we have discussed a number of things and the one thing that really stuck in my mind was that you have previously given her permission to meet up with a guy that she met in a club and after telling you about him you encouraged her to meet with him.
I would also like to meet up with Becky and spoil her, taking her for a fantastic meal and buy her pink champagne before moving on to a club and enjoying each others company before things start to heat up - I would be looking to take to a hotel of her choice and spend the night together having some adult fun.
All this would need to be done with your approval - what do you say?
Let me know as i intend to meet with Becky sooner rather than later.
