This is 30 mins from the 1992 Roman Polanski move "Bitter Moon". A man becomes involved with a gorgeous woman and becomes bored with her, and strays. After being struck by a bus, the woman disables him in the hospital, paralyzing him from the waist down.

The woman then proceeds to be his caretaker, always teasing him because of his inadequacy, cheating on him in front of him and reminding him of what he will never get again. It is delicious cuckoldry. Now, she may seem extremely cruel, but he was much worse to her before.
