Best thing to do is usually the honest thing. Have a frank discussion about her new underwear etc. Tell her it turns you on and encourage her to tell you what has changed in her outlook on life that has led to these changes. Don't be confrontational, be supportive. Go slow. If she still loves you it will show. Discussions about cuckolding should wait until you know where you stand. If however, you feel her connection to you is faltering then you have a problem. The marriage may be heading to divorce.

I am now divorced, my ex in ther eariler days of our marriage was very secretly bi with a preference for women, and now she's an out of the closet Dyke, married in another state.
