What is difficult to understand?

Have a look on the screen shots and you will recognize, that you can find like minded people, if they give their localisation, whenever they want to be located.

With the small profile you´re setting your contact details and that´s the sense of the application - it can connect people.

I downloaded the purchased version and signed up I did see one other in my area but as others have said here not many using the app yet.
