well its tecnically not a cuckold relationship as the husband is sueing due to his wife cheating / having an affair.Her behaviour led to his depression and the emotional hardship on the youngren.He may have been cuckolded but once he was aware of her infidility he has the right to kick the bitch out and sue her lover for the breakup as well as entitle him to receive all matromonial property due to his wifes actions.
