Who cares? All good sites have a lot of lurkers. As long as most of them click on the ads (which is usually the case) and eventually contribute, it's all good. This is a great site and it's here to stay.

Well I am a "lurker" but I have postd a couple stories...but have a couple thousand photos stored and would post them here but have asked several times on how to do it and don't get an answer. have tried the cut and paste and it doesn't work.

1) I doubt its wankers because you have to log in to see pics

2) It could be google bots of various kinds.
