Have you lost friends due to Cuckold Lifestyle?

My wife and I have an agreement to never do friends, coworkers, or acquaintances due to a couple of bad situations we experienced.

First was very early on in our Cuckolding. My wife let my best friend fuck her while I watched and made me clean her while he watched. He actually became a regular and for a few months they were having sex 2 to 3 times a week. He started getting verbally abusive and humiliating to me during the sessions. Then my wife told me he was calling her and messaging her trying to convince her to leave me. Thankfully she cut him off and we are obviously not friends any more.

Second, also early on in the lifestyle, at a company Christmas party, my boss and my wife were being very flirty with each other and he ended up at our house that night and had a very hot session with my wife that ended with me cleaning them both. To my horror when we returned to work it was obvious that he had told people. I could feel everyone staring at me, talking about me, giggling. My wife makes alot more money than me so it did not hurt us financially and thankfully we moved away from there for her work.

Their marriage was a bit rocky anyway, and when she eventually left her hubby for a new guy, she broke off all contact with us. We heard from her ex that she couldn't remain friends with me and not use my tongue as she enjoyed it too much(she had been using me for many years by this point) and she didn't want her new man being seduced by my wife.

We're not wild *******. We are perfectly aware of civility and societal expectations so we wouldn't have tried anything on with people outside the lifestyle. But apparently she didn't trust herself and therefore didn't trust us.
