I would like to update my previous post. I was back in Bangkok in October 2009, sort of a revisit to where I was gelded. Things have changed so much there since 2000 that I could not believe my eyes. The building where the doctor was that did mine is now some sort of export sales and offices. The doctors are more like here in the USA and seem suspicious of anyone carrying a USA passport. The law there has changed and now anything not legal in the USA is the same in Thailand as far as I could tell. The sex industry has changed too. It has become much more strict. They are not so willing to help in sex change or any modification now. I had previously said how open Thailand was, but now you can find the same in Mexico and it is much closer. Don't expect a big difference from what you find in the USA or Europe.
