I honestly think you would be better off putting him in permanent chastity, 24/7. Castration in theory, can still allow him to masturbate, whereas chastity makes that an impossibility, plus it's cheaper and a whole lot easier to bring about. It's difficult to find a surgeon who is prepared to castrate your husband quite that readily.
