Hi All, I'm eager to obtain a chastity device, but want to know which one works best in the real world, that is regarding comfort for extended periods of wear, as well as one that doesn't let the whole world know I'm wearing one under my clothes. Any help is appreciated.

Just to add my thoughts: my wife has put me in two different devices, a CB6000 (plastic) and a Sentinel (stainless steel). Firstly, I need to say that any story you read on this site, or others, where someone is in chastity for long periods of time, is most likely just a fantasy. The fact is, basic hygene demands that these things come off every day or two so you can clean yourself. If you don't, then microbes and bacteria, dead skin cells etc, all collect underneath them, and lead to really bad smells, sores, and eventually disease or infection. Sure, you can be supervised so you don't masturbate, and the device can be put straight on again afterwards, but you can't just leave it on for weeks or months at a time, like some tales will have you believe.
I found the plastic one tight and uncomfortable, no gap between my penis and the plastic tube. Sweat soon formed inside and it very quickly (i.e. by the next morning) started to smell bad. Pissing through it also left some droplets inside which were difficult to clean even with inserting a tissue, which also added to the bad odour.
The stainless steel one, which is open like a cage, allowed more circulation of air, and I could shower in it, though not as clean as I would have liked. I'm uncut, so I couldn't clean under my foreskin: this may not be a problem if you're cut.
Neither showed under clothes, although sometimes if you run or jog, the padlock can make a clicking sound as it bangs against the device. To combat this, wear tight pants or put a rubber band round the padlock.
Obviously, the steel one won't pass through metal detectors without setting them off, so may not be an option for travelling. Of course, you could have two, one just for the plane, and the other to replace it with when you're back in your home/hotel.
Also, in both types, the ring that goes around the base of your cock behind the balls pinched my skin in places. Some of the pinches were painful, and some actually red. Without regular cleaning, these could have got infected. I now have quite a few small white scars on my penis from these small cuts, and they show no sign of disappearing.
While my wife enjoyed placing me in chastity, eventually the hassle of having to supervise my showers, and the smell, put her off, and we don't do it much anymore., just maybe for one night at a time when she feels like it.

We have been involved in Chastity for many years now and the best advice is to go for a full belt custom made, if we'd done that when we first started out the thousands of pounds we wasted would have paid for the belt we now use several times over..... The above poster is correct you will need to be released for cleaning and shaving on a regular basis, however that is of course supervised so you are still not in control.... I spent a full year, bar cleaning and play which adds up to about 1 maybe 2 hours per week, in a ChastitySteel CS500 this was a very good belt...I'm now kept locked in a Neosteel *The Arch* for around a year, this is as far as is humanly possible 24/7 365 a permanent part of our relationship.... The CS500 you could easily stay in for 5 to 7 days between cleaning (cage design)... The Arch 3 to 5 days, I'm uncut so need to clean nearer the every 3 day mark Regarding comfort, ALL devices will need a break in period which can vary permister to permister, as an example I came out of the CS500 straight into the Neosteel but because they are totally different designs it took around 6/8 weeks to get my body used to the new belt...... Good luck with whatever you choose, if your not so pedantic to believe that coming out for hygiene means your not 24/7 then 24/7 is very much possible and whilst there are many fantasists on the various sites a few of us do live the lifestyle in the real world....
