1. Anyone has a chance...just depends on how it all goes down. Each couple is different. Given the right circumstances...it can happen.
2. Slowly letting her take control should be pretty easy, providing she actually gets into it. From mild to extreme, you will need to talk with her to find out where she is with dominating you. Go buy some soft rope, a cheap pair of play handcuffs, maybe a small whip...just keep it mild for now. If she seems more into it...get her some outfits that she can roleplay in. 3. You don't have to be a lesser man for her to dominate you. Being submissive is one thing, being a total wimp is another. Its all in the presentation. Maybe offer to switch with her...does she like to be dominated? You can use toys in substitute for you smaller dick. You can even go the route of having a 3-some, before heading twards the cuckold relationship.

I like the direction this is headed! Perhaps you could start gently by bringing up the subject of her wishing you had "at least" 2 more inches, or the size of her first as a way to ease into the idea. If I were you I'd bring it up during a very hot sex session. Also, being pushy is generally considered the worst thing you can do.
I'm with Allen. Don't bring up the bisexual stuff.
