when discussing the various fantasies you have with your wife, have you found that slowly introducing more and more aspects of the fantasy works better or all at once? For instance, should I introduce the following fantasy topics at once or one at a time (sissification, femdom, cream pie, feet, cuckolding, hot wifing, strap on, cfnm, slave to her friends, etc)? And if one at a time which do you think is the best order?

It has to be slowly, one at a time, and also sensitive to the ones that make a difference. It's important to find out what turns her on (in the hidden fantasy world) and base things on that. Kirsty loves to see or hear about a guy spilling his cum, and especially if it's because of something she has done, so I build the other stuff around that, but it took me ages to work out that was a trigger for her.
