Need help convincing wife she wants this

Hello everyone. I'm new to this site. I'm asking for any type of help/advice so I can persuade my wife into banging another guy while I watch. Here's my story:

K & I have been married for just over 10 yrs. Our sex life was great when we 1st started dating & for the 1st few yrs of marriage. But over the course of the last few yrs it's gradually gotten worse.
