A question. A cuckold is a man whose wife is unfaithful.

So, is a man a cuckold when his wife has intercourse with another man? And when she doesn't have intercourse, but she does have oral sex? And when she only french kisses?

In other words: when is a wife "unfaithful enough" for her husband to be called a cuckold?
