Bull Wannabes?

Do they exist? I noticed the term 'cuck wannabe' is bandied about quite profusely; I consider this an honest representation of most people interested in such things. But are there 'bull wannabes' too? Guys whose permisteral lives restrict them from persuing the lifestyle? Or other reamisters I won't mention? I can understand there wouldn't be a shortage of guys who would fuck other guys' wives. Hell, I'd fuck most of the wives on here in a heartbeat. But from what I've read on this site, simply wanting to fuck another guys wife does not a bull make.
