I would like to help a needy couple achieve their dream of having a baby of their own while at the same time fulfilling my own natural duty to “be fruitful and multiply.”
My only stipulation is that both the couple and myself would need to consult with a lawyer competent in family law before any proceedings took place. For the couple’s benefit, this would set their mind at ease knowing that I would be formally declaring that I would NOT attempt to claim any sort of paternity rights down the road. For my side of the agreement, I want to ensure that there is no legal way that I could be trapped into paying young support at any time in the future. Any costs incurred would be split 50/50.
