Hi... I was going to wait to hear what people wanted and so edit down the list. But I guess I have some time so what the heck.
In Amsterdam there are 4 theaters that allow women into them (there's a lot more just for guys). There are two without gloryholes which I'll ignore since I also can't remember their names. The two with gloryholes are:
William Higgins- This is on the Nieuwendijk, pretty close to Central Station. It flies a rainbow flag out front but it isn't just gay. Actually I think it used to be, but now I've seen couples and once a lone woman, and they play st8 and bi porn in the main theater (it used to be just gay movies). Ten euros gets an all day pass. You first go up to the top floor which is filled with booths, and most if not all have nice large holes cut in them. The booths are designed for play. They are mirrored so you can watch the movies playing on a monitor above and behind your seat, as well as watch what the other people are doing in the booth next to you. There are towels all over the place outside the booths to clean off with. The booths have multiple channels which are all free, and play all genres of porn. Maybe they have a few more gay/bi than str8. From there you can go up, then downstairs to a theater. Nowadays it only plays str8 or bi movies. There are benches in the theater, and holes in the wall next to the benches. The holes connect to a "dark area" beside the theater which also has a one way mirror. That means the people in the dark room can see the movie that's playing and anyone on the benches, but no one can see them.
B1 Cinema- I forget the name of the street, but it is near the Tuschinski theater which is across from the Munt Tower/flower market. The nearest major intersection is the Vijzel straat and the Rokin. This place has three floors. It costs something like 7 or 9 euros depending if you want a single or all day pass. The first floor is the straight theater and toilets. The movies usually suck though. The second floor is a gay theater which also has its own dark room and booths with gloryholes. The third floor is one large semi-dark room, with a small maze of booths and niches. There are gloryholes around, and in one place a small bed. They have two tv monitors, but they only show gay movies.
Anywhere you go, watch out for pickpockets or other thieves. A good rule of thumb is to have any valuables stored away where no one can get to them, particularly when you are uhmmmmm... distracted.
There are three couple's clubs in amsterdam. Only one sort of has gloryholes, and all have specific hours of operation (not all day for sure).
Sameplace- This club is just outside the center (forget the street name but you can google it). It is a bar with very picky dress code, but nice interior and atmosphere. The first room is a bar. The second room is filled with beds and a dance area. The bottom floor has an assortment of things, including for BD play. This includes a very small area with gloryholes. Very bi and gay friendly.
Candyclub- This one is also outside of the center (Eikenweg), and definitely less convenient to get to than Sameplace. It is mainly a bar, which makes it cheaper than the rest. It is a generally casual atmosphere, but also has a lot of pros rather than just swingers. There is a gangbang night for single guys (one or two pros are "prepaid" for everyone, on top of any amateurs that show up).
Club-Paradise- This one is north of the city which means you have to cross by ferry (free) and then walk or ride to the place (google for address). Out of the way so not easy to spot. However it is a very nice club, not just a bar. They have many rooms, including saunas, a pool, and roof tanning area. This also has a gangbang night for single guys, with more amateur ladies that show up for the fun than seen at Candyclub. Some rooms can be closed for privacy.
