Trying to identify movie

Been searching forever for a clip I saw a while ago. A dude and his girlfriend/wife are outside at carnival, or some festival type of event, maybe mardi gras. the girlfriend finds some other dude and they start going at it in an alley way while the boyfriend watches from behind a fence. Semi pro I think and definitely a bit older. had a retro/vintage feel. Any help identifying this would be appreciated.
