I saw this video a while ago. It's about a husband and wife and it's their anniversary or her birthday and he sends her some lingerie and to meet him in a hotel room. She goes to the wrong hotel while he is waiting at the other hotel, she is wearing a trench coat with only the lingerie on underneath. She walks into the room only to find 3 black guys who say that they are her surprise and then proceed to have sex with her
