Filesonic help

I wanted to download a file from this thread and so clicked on the lick which took me to Filemisteric.
I decided I would opt for a high speed download and so (using PayPal as a method of payment) decided to join for one month.
My payment went through and I went back to the page on this thread and clicked on the high speed download.
I was asked for my username and password..........................but I was never given one and never went through any kind of process where I was asked for a username or password when I made the purchase.
Emails to Filemisteric themselves just seem to be ignored.

Any help would be greatly received.

Your login it is yours e-mail. Using him you you can change the password

i had the same problem the first time--i contacted paypal and they gave me a refund--a week later filemisteric got back to me and we straightened the whole thing out--they extended my subscription weeks--i think the problem is that they're understaffed--very frustrating--they will get back to you
