what do i need to do? ive downloaded it but not sure how to use this software?

You open it, adjust the capture window and hit record.
it's automatic. Go to their website and read the tutorial. Once you do it once, it's easy.

here you go i'm feeling christmasy i even converted it from .flv to .avi
ok i have uploaded the file in 2 parts you will have to download HJSplit..don't worry it's free google it....then open hjsplit and click join then select the input file witch is the one with the .001 and click start....remember you have to have both files in order for it to work......
ooohhh and one more thing it's not on rapidshare the upload would take to long .......
