It's the problem with ************, megaupload, sexuploader, rapidshare, etcetera.
Bandwith isn't free. Even more, to encourage webmasters using them, megaupload, sexuploader and ************ give a few bucks to webmasters (for instance, ************ makes me a bit more than one dollar daily, in the end of the month that pays me a plate of pasta with salmon, yummy).
To pay the bandwith and make proffit, those websites try to trick downloaders, telling them there's a quota, a limit, etcetera, and they try to make them buy a paying account or install a toolbar.
That sucks a bit, but in exchange, there's free downloads : that's a bit fishy, but at least, it works :-/
Sorry if the limitations bothers you people, but if dirty capitalists didn't make big money there wouldn't be free hosts at all :/
