Do people know your hubby had a vasectomy? If so, I would propose this, he should be in the delivery with the man, then leave afterwards to give the two of you a few moments alone with your newborn. He (hubby) can go to the waiting room and deliver the news to assemred family and friends who may have come, call others who should b told the good news, etc. Since they know he had a vasectomy, this will be deliciously awkward for him. He should also be charged with arranging gatherings and viewings by folks who want to come with the well wishes after you come home.
Another idea is for now - before the baby is born. You should have a baby shower. If you don't have a female friend to take charge of it, have hubby do it. If you do have a female friend, put hubby at her disposal to help with any of the invitation/food prep or other work involved. Hubby might even help at the shower. Whether it is a female only event or mixed sex gathering, he can help out on the day, playing hostess and serving while you and your guests celebrate. If you are really daring, you can dress him appropriately for the gathering. If it is all female and you prefer him out of sight, keep him "backstage" in the kitchen. Perhaps you'll want to invite the man so that your friends and relatives can meet him? (Perhaps the mans female relatives and hubby's as well?)

Congratulations also! As you know, this cuckold pregnancy will shape your marriage for the next two decades. You really should chat with your hubby about his role as the emasculated, cuckold husband. When my wife and I enjoyed her pregnancies, we were pleased to involve her gyno (I attended all appointments, but the best ones included her lover), my HR director at work (she cattily called to make sure my insurance would cover even though I probably would not be listed as the man on the birth certificate - totally unnecessary, as she had her own insurance, but just to add to the rumor mill), her Mom and Sisters, my Sisters and Mom and her friends and co-workers.
I co-hosted the baby shower and she did invite the Father to attend and strut about as the study.
Probably the most important suggestion that I have has start taking photos with your lover. A full set, at least weekly, showing your beautiful belly ripen with your and his baby and the two of you lovingly together is something you will treasure forever. If you can afford it, go to a professional photographer as often as possible.

I think you're on the right track here, I think everyone should know who the real daddy is.
From reading some of your posts, I would assume the baby would look a lot different than your husband. Has your husband been feminized into a sissy or perhaps a sissy who has been exposed and is willing to become the baby’s nanny? Is your lover going to move in?
I think having your lover there is young is on the way is a great idea, and they think educating your sissy to be a feminized caretaker for your young might seem to be the right path. I mean let's face it, who should be there? The baby's daddy or the baby’s nanny?
Your real friends and caring family will be there for you, maybe it's about time that your barren sissy should be revealed to the world. Quick question, did you power or demand your sissy have the vasectomy?
