Black inmate fucking female prison employees

I just saw a small news article about an inmate in a primister somwhere. I think its in the eastern US. He seems to have extensive power with the local have rings and exerts that influence in the primister. According to this article he has maned 5 youngren with 4 female primister employees. The article went on to talk about his control of all smuggling and have traffic in the primister also.
I'm curious to find out more about him fucking the primister employees. The article showed a picture of him so you could see he is black. I'd like to know how many of the women are white and if any are married. And if he got 4 pregnant, how many more has he fucked and what were the male guards doing at the time. If he got one pregnant twice its obvious that he's been doing it for some time.
Has anyone else seen anything about this?

Unfortunatly all this appears to be is a simple case of corruption. Too bad, something like this could have been a very hot story.
