Wanting to breed another one ;)

Greetings!
I'm a White male, 42 years old, in good physical condition, 5'7" tall/150 lbs w/ long brown hair/green eyes. I am in good health and disease free.
I would like to help a needy couple achieve their dream of having a baby of their own while at the same time fulfilling my own natural duty to “be fruitful and multiply.”
My only stipulation is that both the couple and myself would need to consult with a lawyer competent in family law before any proceedings took place. For the couple’s benefit, this would set their mind at ease knowing that I would be formally declaring that I would NOT attempt to claim any sort of paternity rights down the road. For my side of the agreement, I want to ensure that there is no legal way that I could be trapped into paying young support at any time in the future. Any costs incurred would be split 50/50.

TopJohn I wish you luck, all normal guys have the natural desire to impregnate and pass on their genes. But your naive understanding of the law is understandable. The law cannot pre-empt the actions of a young born from such an arrangement. Check it out with a symapthetic lawyer who will consider your requirements and not his profits.

Thanks for the advice, Thug. I know, the law is a virtual maze when it comes to young support, custody, couples and related issues. Still, no one has answered my request this year, so i guess I have no worries at this time! At least I can always be happy knowing that I am almost certainly the dad of ONE kid (based on timing and physical similarities) out there.
