Mine slips up inside me too, but I couldn't tolerate having to take a shower every time I pissed. I just peel back the excess skin and my little willie droops out and I do my business, either sitting or standing. It slips back in pretty quickly. Maybe you should try pinching the opening closed and aiming. I bet with a little practice you could avoid those multiple daily showers.
