Hi, at the moment i have two urethra plugs.
as you can see i can insert the plugs no problem, they are roughly 50mmx8mm diam and 70mmx10mm diam.
I'd like to try and stretch my pee hole to be able to insert wifeys small vibrator (pink one in the pic) the length would be no problen but its about 15mm diameter, cant get it in at the moment any suggestions cos this vibro on the end of my cltty cock gives a great sensation, would love to be able to get it down and feel the feeling, any suggestions on how to do this quickly?

I have done some sounding too. I don't think I could be stretched that much to accept your wife's toy. What I do is use a sound then use my wife's vibrator and touch the end of the sound. When I do that I can feel it all the way up. Just my thought.
