What I don't understand (unless it's gonna end up as part of the labia for a TG) is why the doc left the scrotum. If you're gonna ditch the balls, slice off the sack as well.
And BTW, being completely nullified (losing the whole package) is one of my biggest fantasies. Wierd, huh? Getting off by getting "it" off!

It wouldn't play for me but rest assured by all the comments here and on that site, I'll be checking back later to see it will go.
I love to read about castration both fantasyand history. Those Arabs had LOTS of eunuchs. Some shieks had hundreds of them, it was a symbol of status and power. The more of em you had the more important you were.

its more common that most think but the reamister they just took out the balls and leave the sack and everything else is that it is much simpler, easier, and not as much risk. Its sort of like cut, squeeze, snip then sew and bam, you're a eunuch. To remove more is far more complicated. Barbers have been taking those out as far back as recorded history, but to do more takes far more medical s******* than that possessed by a barber.
