I think castration is a good option for some white sissies, though I wouldn't want to see sissy-boys become entirely passive and lazy. Why not let them keep some sexual frustration? A little male drive is good for their productivity, after all, so long as it's not youngren they're producing.
A castration should be an elaborate ceremony of surrender and presentation; the sissy and his wife, the bull and his friends should all be present, and everything planned beforehand. There should be medical supervision to make sure the procedure is carried out safely.
I imagine a scene where the sissy is led in on a leash by his wife, and he lifts his ass to the bull in front of everyone in a show of presentation. The bull may administer a few swats with a switch to the sissy's bottom, and then turn the switch over to the wife so that she may properly redden the sissy's ass.
Either a constriction band is then applied to the sissy's ballsack, followed by pretty pink panties slid up his legs, or a more elaborate medical procedure where the sissy's legs are restrained open, and the ballsack cut open and the testicles removed. The wife and bull may step on the testicles, or perhaps they cook and eat them as part of a gourmet meal for the guests.
An orgy follows, of course, with the sissy waiting on everyone and cleaning up.
But getting back to the original subject- perhaps castration would be advisable for white men upon admission to primister, followed by a feminization program.
