Prissy, how do you mix italics with regular text? What tool do you use to do the captions?

faggot89, i use 'Microsft PictureIt Express 9'. it's very east to use and up at the top, in the tool bar near the font selections are 3 little buttons. one makes a word bold, one makes it italic and one underlines the word. all you do is highlight the word or sentence and click the tool button of choice. the same buttons are at the top left of this message. most document programs, such as 'Word' have similar tools. priss

Thank you! I've been using Paint.NET, which is a really good program, except that it doesn't have the ability to select words in the text (or if it does, I don't know how to do it). I'll check out the app you're using.

Do you happen to know how some captioners add dialogue balloons?

hey faggot89. you're welcome. i think you have to find some pics of blank ballons, then add then to the pic and type the words inside them. i haven't found any good ones yet so i don't use them, although they would be handy for certain pics. the program i use allows you to add pics over the original or ballons. it's really very simple. here's an example of one i did by adding more pics to the main pic, shrinking them and softening the edges. it's really easy to do. good luck, priss.

i thank you all for compliments. great point, Ms. Kim. to be honest, the thought never occured to me, but it would work both ways i guess. lol

i keep thinking it's time to retire from capping. after almost 1400 caps, i fear i'll run out of ideas and then along comes 'that' pic that cries out for a story and of course i 'have' to cap it. this is such a great site and it's exciting to check out the regulars like shawna, micc, martin, draclif, Kimlane, huwen and Jane Fressia, potpot and a host of others to see what they've come up with, not to mention, there's always someone new bringing a fresh perspective on our fetish. i feel honored that my small contributions are worthy of your compliments. thanks again, to one and all. the search for new pics continues! priss
