I noticed on the minpage we are getting absolutely inundated with requests capping someone else's pics. (not talking about your request to me Prissy), just tons of people we don't know with pics of indeterminate origins. I susspect we should all be careful.

permisteral pics should rarely be captioned unless absolutely certain it's legit, good call on that one. i am amazed sometimes by how many permisteral pictures folks will post of themselves naively. guess they've never been to this site before huh.

i think they think legal like maybe they're being set up? can you still be sued if you have nothing to sue for? anyway thats a guess and part of why i'd pass on them. but more so with ethics in mind. i can easily see some asshole who's girl maybe did leave him (and prob not cause of his small cock like we wish) and then he takes revenge on her by throwing her picture all over and covering them kinky cuckolds brownie. maybe i'm wrong but it is pretty anonymous here.

I am not sure about being sued, but simply right or wrong when you use pics that you are not sure of being in the public domain. It is less about legality , although perhaps that is a concern, but more about simple right or wrong. I can't even claim that it is wrong. I just tendto try to wandar on the safe side. Like Prissy I feel better when it is someone that I have been chatting wirth on this site for awile.
