looking for a story - guy imprisoned & chaste in own house

I once read a story about a young woman who gets contacted by 2 other women. They tell her about a guy she used to know and who's now in a sort of a primister cell in his own house. The 2 women are his guards and keep him in his cell at his own request. They include the 3rd woman in their life and in the end the 3rd one remains as only guard.
Does anyone here know the story? And know where I can find it?
