A lawsuit after conviction or a settlement on the part of the "victims" is usally the end result. The real crime is if a male teacher becomes involved in this activity, he is usally handed down much harsher sentences. That's because no matter what criminal activity a woman or girl becomes involved in, she is always the "victim."
