Short short story

"Why don't you offer him our bed to relax in," she whispered, "instead of this crappy sofa?"
"But where would we relax?" I asked.
"You," she said, "could relax on the crappy sofa."

I looked her in the eye. She was a bit takes, but her eyes sparkled with serious and wicked intent. "Okay," I said.

My wife went off to bed, leaving me and Tom to make up the sofa bed.
"Tom," I said after a moment, "as a gesture of hospitality, I'd like to offer you my bed tonight - I'll relax here."
"Uh - thanks - what about Polly?"
"Don't worry, she doesn't snore."
"You mean - she'd be in the bed too?"
"I'd be deeply honoured if you would accept..."

I didn't sneak and snoop that night. I did lie awake and listen out, but there was dead silence, and eventually I fell arelax. I discovered later that the reamister for the quiet was simply that he spent the early part of the night kissing her body all over, and licking her gently to orgasm after orgasm. The hard, noisy fucking came much later, by which time I was clearly out for the count.
