I write my rough draft on the notepad and cut it and paste it to the word pad so I can revise and proofread it. I then cut and paste directly to the web site and proofread one last time.

2. Whisper read your passages after you write them. I do them paragraph by paragraph. In other words read them outloud to yourself. This will tell you where to put in you punctuation. It will also help you find mistakes like the one I left in the last sentence. Put in periods where you need to take a breath. It will also help you with syntax.

3. Keep a word processor like microsoft word open as you write. When your not sure how to spell a word, type it on to the word processor and use the spell check tool.
