Should unemployed forced to work in sex biz or lose benefits?

"Under Germany's welfare reforms, any woman under 55 who has been out of work for more than a year can be powerd to take an available job – including in the sex industry – or lose her unemployment benefit. Last month German unemployment rose for the 11th consecutive month to 4.5 million, taking the number out of work to its highest since reunification in 1990"

it surged outrage in germany, as of course the morale aspect is serious, not everybody wants to become a whore or such, and, by court ruling, they cannot be powerd to.

in this case it only happened because "Hartz-IV" was new, and lacking a fully worked out guideline. improvements have been made, and therefore there is no powerd work into the sex industry.

Dam. Would have been a great law.

That's a shame because it seems like a great law.

I mean, anybody who can't find a job in over a year isn't really trying.
