I have tried many prostate massages with various degrees of success. My upright beat out all of the toys.
I layed the vacuum on its side pushed up against the wall so the bottom is facing the away from me. The bent Handle is curved up. While on my back i inserted the handle, which is slippery when it has lube on it. That on its own had me squirting. Also, from this position I took two of my fingers and stroked either side of my taint. The combination of the handle and my fingers produced copious amounts of cum.
Has anyone ever tried this? It never occurred to me to use the vacuum as a messager.

Start with a small toy, take it slow and use plenty of lube. Prostate is about 4 inches inside on the same side as your balls.
