How to feminize?

I wanted to ask, how have gurls been feminized here?
I know there are herbal and hormonal (pharmaceutical) methods, I'd like to hear anything that has been used... and how sissified husbands survive out in the world, when they have been feminized and their breasts show. And I think we can all agree, a fat sissy isn't nearly as fun as a skinny one with nice, perky tits.

I want to get there myself, but I need to plan it out...
