Check out their library of published papers. There quite a lot of information on how to "train" males using a variety of techniques. Shocking our junk whenever we say or do something our ladies dont like is just one method. In one of the papers on chastity I read that we must me locked up in chastity for 7 to 10 days to get the most benefit from the orgasm denial method.
