Using a strap-on is the only way I have have even approached giving satisfaction to my wife. I used a cyberskin 8" strap on with balls, using a nice leather harness, with one of those vaculoc attachments. It works quite well, the cyberskin is very realistic, although wont last forever. I also liked the leather harness, much more comfortable than the vinyl.
