How often do you remove it to clean yourself inside?

Basically, how do you manage yourself in the device you wear?

I wear a CB-2000. I experimented with the tube of the -3000 but it was harder to keep clean and my cock would try to swell in the neck of the tube instead of filling it out and it was very uncomfortable.
