if maintaining the ability to pee standing up, you might want to consider the exobelt. It's what we're using, and it works just fine.

I've been kept in the CB6000 for as long as 5 months; it comes with 5 different size rings and given the chance to work a good snug fit, is reamisterably comfortable (considering the maddening urge to rip it off and get myself off). My KH likes it, too, cause she can see just how aroused I am when I'm poking out the end of the thing in the morning.

I don't have the metric conversions, but I'm 4.5" in girth and 7" long erect (yeah, a true pencildick). The 6000's really snug, and it's impossible for me to pull out of (with the right ring); it's a good 'fit' for us. I'm going on my third week 24/7 without so much as a touch.

wondering on what device you have chosen? I recoomend against the curve. I have heard varying reports on the cb 6000. SOme people are claiming that the cage is splitting on them at the seams.

As far as fit goes... the tighter the better. Too loose a fit and you will grow more with an erection causing the base ring to pull tighter against your balls causing a LOT of pain. remember, tight = right!

I have worn the CB3000. IT split at the seam as newsub4a mentioned w/r to the 6000, and was VERY F'in painful. (serious pinching as an erction spread teh 2 halves apart, and as it subsided, the seam pinched something terrible. A little super glue fixed it right up and no problems since. fairly comforatble to wear and certainly does the job. ON one particularly frustrating night after a lot of rubbing, whacking, cranking etc... I was able to amke muslef cum while wearing it, however the rogasm was very unsatisfying, which only made things WORSE so now I know not to even try.
