Mine used to be a full 6", but has been getting smaller in recent years, I guess because my T level is dropping.
Now, I'm usually around 2.5-3" soft, 4.5" erect, not quite 5" at the absolute max (which I can almost never manage.) I used to stroke with my whole hand; now i only need my thumb and index finger. (blush)
